JESSICA M. MINNECI, ESQ. concentrates her practice in the areas of consumer and business reorganization and liquidation, including Chapter 7 bankruptcy, Chapter 11 bankruptcy and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Jessica also represents businesses liquidating through New Jersey Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors.
Jessica represents both business and individuals in Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization, as well as in Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Jessica has extensive experience in confirming plans of reorganization in both Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 cases.
Jessica also regularly represents clients in loan modifications, reaffirmation agreements and other loss mitigation processes both inside and outside the Loss Mitigation Program of the United States Bankruptcy Court.
Jessica regularly represents plaintiffs and defendants in Bankruptcy Court contested matters and adversary proceedings, as well as in state and federal civil litigation.
While earning her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, Jessica worked as a paralegal and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Rosemary Gambardella (D.N.J.).
